TERMS & CONDITIONS
CHRISTMAS DAY MENU: We will need 50% of your total food bill to confirm your booking. Full payment & pre-orders are then required 4 weeks before Christmas Day. If you do not provide full payment and pre-order, you will lose your booking. Deposit is non-refundable.
CHRISTMAS PARTY MENU: All Christmas Party menus require a £10 per person deposit before your booking is confirmed. All pre-orders must arrive two weeks before your party date. For tables of 8 people or more pre-authorisation will be taken via our card machine 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Your deposit is non-refundable.
CHRISTMAS BUFFET MENU: Full payment is required two weeks before your event date. If this is not paid, we will release your area for another booking. Once full payment is received, there will be no-refunds for parties that have reduced in size.
DRINKS PRE-ORDERS: We require a 10% deposit for any drinks packages. With full payment on the day of your event. The deposit is non-refundable.
BOOK EARLY: If you book before the 31st October all guests will enjoy a complimentary glass of mulled wine or cider on arrival.
PARTY ORGANISER: If you’re booking a table of 10 or more and dining from our Christmas Party menu – you will receive a bottle of prosecco on the day of your event & a £30 gift card to be spent between January – February 2019. Not available as part of our Buffet or Christmas Day menus.
DINE EARLY: For those that are flexible on their dates and dine between 12th – 29th November all guests shall receive a complimentary glass of Grey Goose Fizz per person. This is an upgrade from the mulled wine or cider mentioned in the above ‘Book Early’ paragraph. Only available on the Christmas Party Menu.
