Head Chef Matt Hiscoe will be showcasing how best to fillet a whole fish and with some audience participation shaping into different cuts. Matt will the take the whole fish into the kitchen to create the main course. By this time you’ll be sat in our restaurant enjoying your starter. After each course Chef will come out to explain how it was cooked and answer any questions.

During this informal, interactive and fun session you’ll learn about the basic principles of mixology and view demos on a selection from our list, with top tips on how to become a master of cocktails. There will also be a chance of creating your own unique cocktail from our ingredients table.
Butcher Demonstration with AldensThursday 17th May, 2018 at 7:00 pm
THREE COURSES FOR £35 INCLUDING A GLASS OF WINE.
Hosted by our Butcher’s Aldens. Who will be taking to the knifes to show you how to perfectly fillet half a pig into different cuts, learning about what comes from where, and a chance to mix your own unique sausages to take home. Head Chef will be preparing the main course from the filleted pig. After each course Matt will give details on the cooking process and answer any questions you may have.
