THREE COURSES FOR £30 INCLUDING A GLASS OF MERLOT OF PICPOUL
Head Chef Matt Hiscoe will be showcasing how best to fillet a whole fish and with some audience participation shaping into different cuts. Matt will the take the whole fish into the kitchen to create the main course. By this time you’ll be sat in our restaurant enjoying your starter. After each course Chef will come out to explain how it was cooked and answer any questions.
